What is Gemini Notebook?
Gemini Notebook is Google's AI research and learning tool. It was called NotebookLM until Google renamed it in July 2026. It's the same product with a new name. It's available to many Google Workspace customers, and we confirm your access during setup.
Do we need to buy new software?
No. The program runs inside the Google Workspace you already pay for. There's no separate training platform to license or manage.
How much time does this take from our team?
Very little. Your Workspace admin grants access, and a leader aligns on goals and rollout. We handle setup, content, updates, and onboarding for new employees. Employees spend a few short sessions a week learning.
Is this training for one specific AI tool?
No. The skills apply to whichever AI assistant your company uses, including Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot. That's what makes them durable.
Where does our data go?
The training lives inside your own Google Workspace. Nothing is moved into another vendor's training platform.
